October Is All About Preparing to Vote!
The 2026 General Election is just around the corner! Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and now is the perfect time to make your plan to vote.
NCNC is committed to keeping our community informed and helping residents feel confident and prepared for Election Day. To help you get started, here are some important tips and reminders from the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections.
How Will You Vote?
Vote by Mail
If you plan to vote by mail and haven’t requested your ballot yet, now is the time!
- Request your ballot: Visit VotePalmBeach.gov or call (561) 656-6200.
- Know the deadline: The deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot for the 2026 General Election is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
- Track your ballot: Sign up for BallotTrax to receive updates on when your ballot is mailed to you and when it is counted.
The first Vote-by-Mail ballots were scheduled to be mailed on September 25.
Vote Early In Person
Prefer to vote in person? Early Voting runs from October 19 through November 1, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., at 28 locations throughout Palm Beach County.
You can vote at any Early Voting location in the county. You may also make an optional appointment to reserve a convenient time and help avoid waiting in line.
Vote on Election Day
If you plan to vote on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, you must vote at your assigned polling place.
Important: Your polling place may have changed since the last election. Check your voter information before heading to the polls to make sure you know where to go.
Get Election-Ready!
No matter how you choose to vote, visit VotePalmBeach.gov to:
- Review your voter information.
- Request a Vote-by-Mail ballot.
- View your sample ballot.
- Confirm your assigned Election Day polling place.
A few minutes of preparation now can help make voting easier and ensure you’re ready when it’s time to cast your ballot.
